EquipmentIn the early 1980's I started experimenting with cassette tape recorders to create new mixes and sounds. Later on I used a Roland W30 Music Workstation - a sequencer, synthesizer, sampler in one cool instrument, added several effect machines and created first songs and radio jingles. I added more hardware: a Yamaha DX-7 Synthesizer and a few inexpensive keyboards that I tweaked to get new sounds out of them. Finally, I started experimenting with software synthesizers and sound machines like Rebirth, effect processors and sequencers like Cubase. After working with Fruityloops and Ableton Live, I discovered Propellerhead's Reason which allows me to do magic with sounds, sequences, samples and effects. I love designing my own layered synth sounds based on my samples...

NextMusic has always been and will be a wonderful spare-time activity and channel for my creativity. I am experimenting with interactive sound design and have tons of ideas about remixes, new projects and musical adventures. I would like to work with other musicians and vocalists, maybe in a cross-over project combining different music styles and instruments...
